The Rivers Five

By In Extremis

Without feeling,

In hopes
That they find peace
In misery,

Without sense,

In hopes
That they find joy
In torment,

For those who remember,

In hopes
That they lose their minds
In the eternal deluge,

For those without passion,

In hopes
That they find meaning
In punishment,

For those who shed none,

In hopes
That they drown
In mercy's never shown

I have to agree with Kaiser here, this is an excellent demonstration of push and pull, and I feel a little bit of a jab beneath these words. Good job, dearie. Rebs:).
